Brenda has held leadership, supervisory and executive management positions throughout her career in the corporate and non-profit sectors; encompassing over thirty 30 years of her career.
Brenda’s current role at Partnerships for People, Inc., a non-profit organization, includes a background as a human resources generalist as of 15 years.
Her human resources experience includes recruitment, employee retention, new employee orientation and on-boarding along with training and development. She manages employee benefits and compensation packages, employee relations and conflict resolution including Department of Labor matters. Brenda’s knowledge and expertise extends to FMLA, ADA, EEO and FLSA compliance and 401K.
