Supports Program Coordinator, PFP
Jaclyn Kosh joined Partnerships for People in 2016 as Partnerships Supports Program Coordinator. Jaclyn oversees In Home and Community Based Supports where she gives guidance to Direct Support Professionals on helping their individual maintain and achieve independence in the communities.
Jaclyn graduated from Monmouth University in 2017 with her master’s degree in Addiction studies. Prior to joining Partnerships, Jaclyn graduated from Bloomfield College with her bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Jaclyn has prior experience with working in a MICA house working with individuals with co-occurring mental illness and addictions.
